Property Management is broadly defined as follows:-

At Quintons we strive to provide our clients with all property related services including Property Management. This department seeks to enhance the property owners interest, to ensure the property is well maintained and looked after, to ensure all rents are paid on time and the right rent is achieved at review and finally to maximise potential value whether through type of tenant, the phase of the property market or indeed potential development value.

We currently manage 110 properties in Newbury and West Berkshire and our Property Management approach is very hands on hence regular site visits, oversight of works and our availability in emergency can benefit all aspects of the premises.
